Hunters Biltong is a UK based Biltong manufacturer / wholesaler dedicated to providing quality and service to all food outlets including Garages, Restaurants,  Butchers, Delicatessens and South African Shops. We specialise in all Biltong products including , Boerewors, Chilli Bites, Droewors and a number of New Jerky products. Our meat products are dried air cured in a protective environment using only the best quality silverside beef available in the UK. Our Boerewors is made with 85%VL beef trim and mixed with genuine spices imported directly from Cape Town in South Africa to bring you a quality finished product associated with traditional South African Biltong.   We have over 25 Biltong products including Original Biltong, Hunters Biltong, Peri Peri Sliced Biltong, Garlic Crack Pepper Biltong and Chilli Chutney sliced Biltong. We also supply Beef Stokkies, Chilli Bites, Snap Sticks, Beef Bites, Traditional Droewor, Garlic Droewors, Peri Peri Droewors, Chilli Garlic Droewors, Game Biltong including Sliced Kudu, Ostrich and Springbok Sticks.
